To all our highly valued clients and acquaintances:

As 2019 quickly wraps up to a close, I send you both my gratitude and my recommendations for completing your year powerfully as you prepare to fully launch your 2020 Entrepreneurial Self.

Many people are stunned and amazed how quickly this year has come and gone. We suggest that this next couple of weeks is a superb time to both reflect back and plan forward. As we all know, though things may not always go according to plan, they always go better with a plan.

A gentle reminder for this time of year:

Would you agree with idea that so goes January, so goes Your 1st Quarter, so goes Your Year?

This is great time to regroup – to strengthen our connections with the people we care about most via healthy communication and to build trust, every step of the way, in all relationships.

Many Professionals are already doing a serious re-group, re-think and re-vamp about their 2020 business preservation, branding, marketing and growth plans. We recommend the following:

  • Develop a 1 page Business Plan as a working play sheet. (click here for sample outline)
  • Create a plan to call as many new people as you can in January. You can Hit Your 2020 Ground Running with your most preferred relationships while competitors flounder to get their 2020 started. Speak with even more potential clients than you previously accessed.
  • Create a referral engine that won’t quit – set up a system and then make it work for you.
  • Re-confirm dates with all of your critical first quarter appointments and commitments.
  • Plan your personal/professional development activities for next year and schedule them.
  • Stock up on supplies that will take you through at least the 1st Quarter and even beyond.
Remember, you are not selling anything – you are providing value – as has been cited by the Financial Planning Association (www.FPAforfinancialplanning.org) in the Wall Street Journal:
