Tis The Season to Catch Our Breath and Get a Fresh Grip??
“You make a living by what you get; you make a life by what you give.”
– Churchill
To all our highly valued clients and acquaintances:
As 2020 quickly wraps up, I send you both my gratitude and suggestions for completing your year as powerfully as possible as you prepare for whatever your 2021 may bring.
Most are stunned and amazed how much 2020 has been so chaotic and unforeseeable.
We suggest this next few weeks is superb time to both reflect back and to plan forward.
As we all know, though things may not always go according to our plans, they always go better with a plan. As a gentle reminder for this time of year, give yourself the gift.
Paraphrased from the bestseller, “On Becoming A Leader” by Warren Bennis
“reflection is vital – burnout is a very real threat in today’s hectic atmosphere,
all serious professionals best practice the three Rs: retreat, renewal, and return.”
This is great time to regroup and to focus on what we can control in our oftentimes hectic lives – especially to strengthen our connections and trust, every step of the way, via healthy communication with all of the people and relationships we most care about.
“The challenge is to be yourself in a world that is trying to make you like everyone else.”
– Anonymous
“Be yourself; everyone else is taken.”
– Oscar Wilde, Irish poet and playwright.
In her blog (https://bronnieware.com/blog/regrets-of-the-dying/) and then later in her published book,The Top Five Regrets of the Dying: A Life Transformed by the Dearly Departing, Author Bonnie Ware realized that many of the same regrets came up over and over from those she cared for. The Top Five Regrets of the Dying gives hope for a better world. It is a story told through sharing her inspiring and honest journey, which will leave you feeling kinder towards yourself and others, and more determined to live the life you are truly here to live. This delightful memoir is courageous and life-changing.
* “I wish I’d had the courage to live true to myself, not the life others expected of me.”
* “I wish I hadn’t worked so hard.”
* “I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings.”
* “I wish I’d stayed in touch with my friends.”
* “I wish I’d let myself be happier.”
In a year when many of our own cages feel rattled…
It may be a good time to bring ourselves back in for a comprehensive physical/tune up.
I, for one, plan to invest part of the next few months revisiting my personal foundation.
Just as a skyscraper needs a deep and strong foundation to support its weight and to weather the elements, we too need strong foundations to honor our true selves, to reach our full potential and to enjoy our lives to the fullest. This class is for those who are looking to strengthen themselves and to gain forward momentum in their lives. The deeper and stronger our personal foundation, the higher we’ll be able to climb and the less effort that climb will require! (We all know the story of the 3 little pigs, yes?? 😊😊)
If there are cracks, they are not designed to be part of the foundation. ☹ (note to Self)
Now is a great time of year for this – a possible check up from the neck up, as they say?
You can learn more about an 8 week teleclass that I have done repeatedly and even take a running jump into your lake of life & start swimming as early as next week. 😊😊
As 1 of my fave mentors says: “Difficult to live with change – impossible to live without it”

LIFE IN ABUNDANCE COMES ONLY THROUGH GREAT LOVE
Without love, your life will echo with emptiness. With it, your life vibrates warmth and meaning. Even during times of hardship, love always shines through.
There is no force more potent than love. Take away love and your earth is a tomb.
If you have it, you don’t need to have anything else, and if you don’t have it, it doesn’t much matter what else you have. As you look back upon the events in your life you will find
that the moments that stand out, the moments when you have really lived, are
the moments when you have done things in a spirit of love.
Therefore, search for love. Once you have learned to love, you’ll have learned to live.
Love is the most important ingredient of your success. More Than Writing About Us, We Would Love to Hear From You – Write If You Can & If You Will – Let’s Connect – Sending Your Our Very Best Vibes to You & Yours!
Wishing for you the best possible joy during this holiday season and a safe, healthy, prosperous 2021
